Meet The Team
Brandon Burg
Brandon is an attorney and the founder and owner of Burg Title. His principal focus during his legal career has been on real estate and representing real estate developers, investors, and community associations across the Florida panhandle. He started Burg Title to continue to facilitate those transactions and help people buy their first homes, investment properties, or develop entire communities.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling, taking his family to Shell Island, and playing competitive golf.
Crystal Whitely
Crystal is a Licensed Title Agent who is eager to make the most of every day and add joy to those around her. When closing with Crystal, you will experience her infectious spirit, love for life, and her willingness to help every step of the way.
She was born in Chesapeake, VA. and grew up living a military lifestyle- her parents work ethic was instilled at an early age. Crystal found the love for helping her neighbors on base by doing their yard work, getting their mail and it carried on well into her adult life. She meets no stranger.
In her free time, she enjoys the love of her life, her two boys, all the sports, all the coffee, running and sharing the love of Jesus!
Violet Nix
Violet was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida and graduated from Pensacola Christian High School.
Violet learned the value of hard work and dedication at a young age by working in her parents Commercial Seafood Business. Her professional career started in different areas of insurance, medical, public adjusting and title. She is passionate and detailed when it comes to understanding the importance of “little things add up and make a BIG difference.”
Outside of work she is most likely to be seen at a coffee shop, and spending time with her family, furry companions, and friends.
Sabrina Parker
Sabrina, a native of Apalachicola, FL, brings a vibrant energy to the world of title closings. With a background in psychology, social work, and law, she channels her passion for helping people into every aspect of her 22-year career. Whether it's guiding clients through the closing process or supporting colleagues, Sabrina's warmth and dedication shine through. Known for her zest for life, Sabrina meets no strangers, embracing connections with all she encounters.
Outside the office, she cherishes time with her son and daughter, cheers loudly for Mosley girl’s soccer and track teams, and enjoys the Florida sunshine with her two dogs, Abby and Bo, and loved ones.
